This is the original drawing by me of Gwen Stacy a.k.a. Spider-Girl a.k.a. Spider-Gwen a.k.a. Ghost Spider created by Jason Latour & Robbie Rodriguez.

Completed for Inktober 2014, a drawing project focused on improving drawing & inking techniques that are key to comic books.

It took me a long time to come across Gwen Stacy in Spider-man's story and once I learned about her, I was obsessed. She was so much more compelling to me than the story behind MJ. And the emergence of the Ghost-Spider was such a lovely journey even in terms of production. Gwen Stacy absolutely deserves another life in comics and animation, especially after her legendary death.
